This is one of those things that seems obvious, but has a lot of nuance. I think a warning is appropriate if the search result could reasonably call up CP. Especially if the terms being used to hide this material are incredibly vague like “hotdog” or “cheese pizza”.
The problem is that blocking searches because it “may” show something bad is the slipperiest of slopes. If we continue down this road you can expect that sometime in the future searches for say “Texas Republican” could be blocked because they “may” contain information on hate or insurrection (or whatever Facebook has labelled their politics to be.
The point is not to block the search, but that a search WOULD contain results. In that, why would those "results" even exist on the site, if a simple search could find them - meaning, the people running the site CLEARLY have the ability to find and remove it from the site altogether, not block certain searches... the ONLY thing that blocking searches does, is make people use more creative ways of hiding stuff via unrelated keywords and coded language.
