The University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, has launched a segregated pool activity called “Black Folx Swim,” which expressly excludes participation by non-black swimmers.

The easiest way to beat this crap is for all white people to identify as Black/African. By doing so you utterly pollute the data they use to decide black people are underrepresented or disproportionately failing whatever metric. If a man can be a woman, why can't a white person with 0.014% African ancestry be black?
