The University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, has launched a segregated pool activity called “Black Folx Swim,” which expressly excludes participation by non-black swimmers.

Purposely trying to drive wedges between groups is evil, but if you look around the world self-segregation is a pretty natural thing. You'll see more black people at the NBA game than you will see at the hockey game. Even on Sundays white and black Christians are attending very different churches.
