Oh, I beg to differ good sir! I beg to differ…. Trump only signed the toughest human trafficking & emergency protection orders by any sitting President gone before him…. Another Proof Trump is CIC ? Biden keeps renewing this and many other EO’s & PEADS authored by Trump!!! Y would Biden renew EO’s that would put him and him administration in legal jeopardy??? Watching a movie?

Exactly. President Trump doesn't want credit for doing "anything tangible." As you can see, he often lets other people do what he wants done. For optics, he's not in the spotlight and doesn't look like he's in the driver's seat.
