From the complaint:

"Carano has requested and received a Notice of Right to Sue from the California Civil Rights Department and has otherwise exhausted her administrative remedies and complied with all necessary conditions precedent to filing this suit. A true and correct copy of the Notice of Right to Sue is attached as Exhibit A."
