A billion is a lot of people, if what they're saying is true, that there are 8.5 billion people in the world.

Trump has always been America First. America has what, 330 million people? If the Golden Billion is about propping a billion people up, and we're supposed to be upset about that, then shouldn't we be upset about Trump being America First, making a Golden 330 million?

Maybe I'm missing something here.
