Here's a better "deal" for any non-NATO country thinking about joining that coalition.... DON'T! The best "deal" they can hope for is that NATO and any given country stay far away from each other. Like the blessing the Rabbi gives to the Czar in "Fiddler On The Roof"... "May the Lord bless and keep NATO.... far away from us."
