I guess my question is, if the president is illegitimate, doesn’t that make the 2020 election illegitimate? If so both senate and house members elected would be illegitimate, any laws, or funding bills, would be illegitimate then.

In theory yes. But, law enforcement is corrupted, so everyone just plays along as if a rigged election never happened, and all this crap that has happened since is perfectly normal, and legal.
