🚨BREAKING: David Sacks asks Senators J.D. Vance, Ron Johnson, and Mike Lee to investigate allegations that Boris Johnson and the Biden administration sabotaged a Russia-Ukraine peace deal at the onset of the war.

@DavidSacks : "We had in Istanbul a draft agreement that was signed by the Ukrainians. Davyd Arakhamia, who was the leader of the Ukrainian delegation, said they had a deal.

Oleksiy Arestovych, who worked for Zelensky at the time, said they were popping champagne bottles because they had a deal. And then Boris Johnson flew into Kyiv, and all of a sudden, the deal fell apart."

It seems like we're now appropriating money to return to a negotiation we had for free at the war's beginning.

Senators, my question is, can we have a genuine investigation with congressional oversight into what transpired in March-April at the war's start?

They had a draft agreement in Istanbul, and then Boris Johnson's involvement led to the Ukrainians walking away.

"I would love for Congress to ask real questions of the administration, in its oversight capacity, asking, what was your involvement in sabotaging that deal?"
