So Biden must remember the previous time it happened, since he was in the Senate at that time!
He doesn't remember being in the Senate. But he does remember being a poor black child. He was just discussing it with Mitterand the other day. They were vacationing in Egypt, which nowadays is where Mexico used to be.
I suspect he will claim he has no recollection. They always claimed this in the past why would it be different now. LOL
