The lawyer tells him it was 2020 when COVID came out and he said it was announced in 2020 but he knew it was coming in 2019.

We were shown by the 2019 meeting the people had to decide on how to "flood the zone" with their information to drown out our information. That's the origin of the name "plandemic."
