Pagans used a 13 month calendar. It may have been the standard back then. I donβt think Iβve ever seen a concrete date in the Bible.
"Concrete dates" were used in telling about the Flood. The lunar calendars had 12 months as well as the solar calendars. The lunar calendars just had to add an extra month occasionally to stay in sync with the seasons.
