RFK Jr. won a 10 day injunction against the Biden Admin to wait for the SCOTUS ruling on Missouri vs Biden. Now, the judge's rationale was that RFK Jr.'s case would likely win on the merits of the case that the court has seen thus far. So that's a very good sign.
But this is not a "massive victory". Not yet. If there's justice, the massive victory will be a sweeping ruling in favor of Missouri, rendering the RFK Jr. lawsuit moot.
I see this all the time. People need to learn not to just believe things on Twitter if they agree with them. Not even a link to a source, just a bunch of out of context quotes here.
