Are you seriously trying to tell me asset forfeiture involves very publicly announcing selling $6 billion in shares, leaving the guy you're telling me is forfeiting assets with $160 billion MORE shares, just months after you let him move across Country to another state and spend nearly $500 million in real estate which you'll also presumably have to liquidate because you seized his assets? Even our government isn't that stupid. This is like some reverse Occam's Razor where the least likely scenario is the one you're proposing.
