If the blackhats were subbing in someone to replace Biden, they wouldn't pick a bumbling idiot for the role.

This is not Biden, and this guy is not controlled by the blackhats. He is there to make them look like idiots by playing the idiot, and they are force to pretend he isn't an idiot to back him up. When it is plain to every sane person that he is an idiot.

Makes alot of sense. To clarify my statements, he's far enough gone that anyone imitating him has to play the same. WH or BH. But I have to lean towards WH.
