And designing either one and building it from the ground up and the people literally buying into it is totally different from taking an existing area and forcing the residents to stay within it or pay fines if they should venture outside of it. Residents in those cases never agreed to such a deal, so it is authoritarian. Those situations are what we should get up in arms about.
