So my adopted aunt was at a grocery store a couple months ago in Iowa. They wanted to scan her ID to buy tonic water. She told them to keep it, she'd buy elsewhere. Then yesterday she was at Walgreens. They wanted to scan her ID to buy 3 basic items. Talc, soap, and lotion i think it was. What the heck is with that? Keeping track of our purchases I'd guess? Tyranny stepping up the level i guess!

I know what you mean. I've been here a while now and I don't have any posts.
Maybe if you posted every article from the Gateway Pundit and the Babylon Bee, and threw in some AI 'artwork' that is off topic and better suited to be pinned on a refrigerator, they would respect you.
Throw in a few dozen posts of other people's gossip and snark tweets for extra cred, and for the love of God, don't forget Taylor Swift stuff and your shower thoughts on Trump's VP pick. They will love you then.
I try not to be negative, but yes, this is how I feel sometimes. I'm here to learn and be informed. Not to post. I do rarely post, then get flamed for it. I guess I should stick to only posting approved sites info or stupid memes. I love a good meme! But there is some stupid crap on here!
