DWAC - offering to pay out for my shares yesterday Don't Be Fooled!

Why is DWAC offering to buy out my shares again? They are offering $10.88 per share i believe. The stock is like $44. Why are we receiving these letters?

I believe the tender offer is set to exprie, that is why they are sending it out. It is an automated function.
