You want the enemy to move forward with their plans, even though you are reading their communications. Probably because they have a few plans in motion to destroy the world. If you steer them towards a plan that you can control, you can reduce loss of some life.

We know that our deep state has plans for a full WWIII with Nukes. Uranium One with HRC and the sale to Russia. Keep some and make it look like Russia bombed us. Massive depopulation.

The trick is the their plan must go forward and they need to think they are in control. Until you have neutralized enough of them to make a proper attack.
