Dwacw is the warrent it allowes you to buy the stock after merger at around 10.50 IIRC. the warrents cost around 17.75 . So you can gain a lot of leverage.

Warrents also have no guarantee like the stock is guaranteed at the issue price of 10.50 or so. They look very undervalued to me.

Not finatial advice.
