Lmfao, they just changed the rules to make it so they can't deny the certification. Remember when they changed the VP rule because of the fear of Pence using his power as VP to deny the certification? They baited them into changing the rules out of fear it would be used against them, without realizing it was the rule change itself that will be used against them. Holy fuck, 4D FUCKING CHESS MOVES.
