To make new blood-cells, one needs the building blocks, (and it is going to take a little time, there is no real instant solution) Eat as much meat as you can, and take high doses of vitamin C. (Vit C aids iron absorption). Aim for a six-week trial of carnivore-ness.
Avoid processed carbs and sugar that burn through your iron reserves, and also, too many dairy products can suppress iron uptake - so moderate those. Try meat instead of cheese; chicken-soup intead of yoghurt - that type of thing.
Exercise if you can, as it will increase circulation.
You can get some iron from molasses, but it is a very short-term solution. One tablespoon dissolved in some warm water. Only once a day - more will make you want to visit the little room too often. That's an instant fix, to make you feel a little better, as is taking a glass of guiness stout once a day, but really it is not going to fix anything longterm, and might exacerbate yeast overgrowth. This paragraph comes from me being a Vegan and I became anemic, a long time ago. I believed all tat nonsense and woke up.
Also, prescribed 'Iron pills' can cause kidney damage - that also happened to me BTW.
