Psychopathic politicians and their Puppet Masters are extremely arrogant. They convince themselves and their minions they are too clever to get caught. They believe they will never pay for their crimes. They look down on those people who suffer and have a conscience for their actions. When caught, it's always a blame game, never their fault because they are so above the rabble.
