I love this plan. Hold out money is going to be on the sidelines longer forcing existing woke real estate (blackrock) to panic and start discounting. Eventually prices will plummet and they will lose their shirts. Conservatives get to buy the dip and re-transform NY... at least i hope that's how it will go. After the mass deportation and inauguration of Trump.
