Meanwhile, in some villa on a French Mediterranean island the French politician that owns that other home is saying, "what are those peasants up to"?
That politician will now have to use the tunnels to get back in the house.
Or helicopters, or the Police could just use the ram on their armored vehicles.
They can bring down the wall, What they can not change is people seeing the wall being built and showing the fact that the people have the power.
The people only have power under some very specific circumstances when enough of them choose to exercise it in a certain manner. Meanwhile, the government can pick any target it wants and destroy them and face no questions over it.
