Good news! If the cdc claims these codes are not bound by hipaa, couldn't we use FOIA to get a database of vax status for everyone. And if we could, couldn't we then get a database of deaths. If we merge these 2 databases we would have all the proof needed about the jab. The CDC has all this data, there is a reason they haven't studied it, they know what the answer would be.
