PRAYER REQUEST

My mother, 83, was just taken to the hospital in an ambulance. She’s having chest pains. My mom has Never ever asked me to call 911. This is the first time she’s ever gone to the hospital in an ambulance. I think it’s more serious.

I’m headed to the hospital right now to find out details.

Prayers would be very much appreciated.

EDIT: Update Great news. No heart attack, no TIA, and she’ll be staying over night for observation. Starting her on a blood thinner. Thank you for all your prayers. 🙌

EDIT: Update The diagnosis is pulmonary embolism (blood clots) in both lungs. They are starting her on heparin, a blood thinner. She’ll probably be in the hospital at least several days. No - she did not take the Covid vaccine, so that’s great news. Continued prayers are appreciated.
