HB 1364 makes property owners liable if a legal concealed carrier is harmed while barred from carrying for self-defense on the property.

Georgia House Bill 1364 makes property owners liable if a legal concealed carrier is harmed while barred from being armed for self-defense on the owner’s property.

Gun free zones did not exist with the Fopunding Fathers so these zones are violating the peoples Constitutional Rights. Start filing lawsuits in Ga and any State that has gun free zones. These people are beyond stupid.

They need to add replacement cost of any weapon stolen from a vehicle where the owner had to leave it in their car.
