Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. Just as militaries have become more efficient thus smaller , so have gangs /triads as a cost saving measure. Tighter control & more effective but fewer on a percentage basis. But the monster still is voracious , luckily we ants are not satisfying to it , we just feed it's minions.
