No we don’t have a CIA equivalent but Bolsonaro’s stupid son stated he wanted one when he visited the CIA headquarters years ago in a visit to USA. I laughed of his clear ignorance, he probably didn’t know what he was wishing for. Having the whole Brazilian institutions going after his family 24/7 isn’t enough?
