I'm going to start a movement for salaried employees to have Feb 29th as a holiday. It's not fair that we have to work for a day that isn't really on the books. Give Hourly people the option, and that will allow society to function normally.

I just feel like the system is getting one over on the salaried shlubs.
I remember that when I was in the Navy (63-66) that while at sea crossing a time line, when at night it would reduce the sleep, when at day, increase the work day. Crossing the date line was similar to above but never extending a 'rest' day.. I sympathize with salaried workers... 😎
