The second post in that chains is particularly nice:

"The guilty plea means the corpration will face no further charges if it cooperates fully. The deal does not release any individuals who worked for Endo of criminal liability.

Meaning they can all be prosecuted for their roles in corporate schemes to hook customers on opiooids."
