Does anyone know if they can also use the 14th amendment to just toss write-in votes? Since the 14th is being interpreted as the reason to disqualify him?

I don’t know about all of them but Illinois stated and write in votes would be suppressed. They actually used the word “suppressed”. Not hiding it at all.

You probably have zero options. You obviously can't do a writing for Putin. So if they declare Trump ineligible to be on the ballot because he's ineligible to be president - then I can see them tossing all write in votes for him.
