it seems the MIL will need to announce their running the election before or during summer so there is plenty of time to clean up, organize and execute a legal election.
Otherwise it is a massive undertaking to be able to ascertain a winner of any races by connecting to every single voting machine, drop off box, mail in vote, manually or via internet intercept.
