Houthi leader Abdul Malik al-Houthi ominously promised "surprises" in a speech on Thursday for American and allied forces.

They are rather fond of the drug Khat, its got an effect much like amphetamine. They wake up, get blitzed on Khat and go on the warpath.

The time to attack them is in the afternoon when its wearing off and they are confused.
