I'll be honest. I keep running across this clip and can't get through the first few minutes each time I play it. The despair of hearing just how horrible everything is absolutely breaks my heart.

Cue Air Supply 🎶 I'm all out of love. I'm so lost without you. Trust and love in God. That's all I can do anymore. No more memes or interviews or hearings. Just loving God and the blessings in my life. Everything else is illusion and distraction.

The storm has been raging for years. Get some rest if you need to. I have to step back myself. Self-care is important. Focus on the one thing you can control, which is yourself. Love yourself enough to know when you're paying attention to things that drain your high vibe energy.

I love you all, frens. We're going to make it. Just don't hurt yourself by holding on too tightly to expectations. This may all take much longer than we wish.
