All I'm going to say about DEWs is:

There is too much evidence to support their existence and their purported mechanics for them to be ignored and banned here. DEWs, if they exist, are certainly a weapon of the Cabal, and I cannot fathom why C5 is trying to memoryhole Maui, Chile, and Texas all of a suddenly.
