What's going on in Utah? It's still showing 0% reporting for its republican primary.

It's currently 2:52 am EST (I know I am up late) and all the states that held republican primaries on super tuesday have called their winners, except Utah. I am seeing them at 0% reporting on the republican side, but 61% reporting and called for Biden on the democrat side. What's up with that?
