Louisiana Bill Would Make Gold and Silver Legal Tender in the State | Tenth Amendment Center
Under the proposed law, "any gold or silver coin or specie issued by any state or the United States government as legal tender shall be recognized as legal tender in the state of Louisiana."
Then there's Article 1 Section 10 of the United States Constitution, which (unless I'm missing something) has never been repealed or modified by Amendment:
I guess things are really changing.
All red states need to get on this train, the faster the better, set us free.
