Breaking...A US Citizen married a Canadian who became a US Citizen, but she has a child who is not. They just learned that President Biden plans to remove the child from the home if the child does not get the medical countermeasure COVID shot. (1) This violates the 5th Amendment because Biden cannot require the child to surrender her due process rights, which she is required to under the PREP Act as a condition to enjoy a governmental benefit; (2) the shot is under EUA and is labeled by the FDA as investigational and has no legal indication to treat, cure, or prevent any known disease, (3) violates the family's right to privacy because investigational medical procedures are voluntary and private, (4) the executive branch of the federal government is legally bound to comply with 45 C.F.R. §§ 46.116,122 which requires it to ensure no person is under threat of penalty to participate in a federally funded investigational drug, (5) the requirement violates the 5th amendment because it deprives the person of their liberty interest under 21 U.S.C. §360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) to refuse an EUA product without a hearing, and I could continue for pages. I have decided to help the green card holders, and I'm reaching out to lawyers for that purpose.

Pretty sure this is the same rule that's getting applied to me. Anyone getting a green card in the country, or applying for an immigration visa from outside of the country MUST show proof of vaccination.

The schedule for vaccines is decided by the ACIP. This is a recommendation that then gets treated with the weight of law by DHS. It's true that no one can "force" you to get vaccinated with mandates, but they will deport you or refuse you a visa from entering the country.

And with the CDC now saying that covid is just like the flu and you don't need to do anything special, the enforcement of mandates becomes even more arbitrary and unjustified.
