For me it's been the 7 month rule. The interview for my wife to get her immigration visa was in July 2023, and she's being refused entry into the country for not having the jab.
This is the mandate that's still being applied to all green card applicants. That means that includes both people applying with in the country and people being denied entry outside of the country.
Note that this is only being applied to legal immigrants, often including relatives of US citizens such as spouses. And not applied to illegal immigrants or non-immigrants.
