This should be laughable UNTIL Joe stammers and they rush him out screaming "Oh My God, Putin poisoned him!" An explanation to explain his live ineptitude and further blame Putin (and Trump)! Thoughts?

This is his last SOTU message. He loses the election and it's Trump next year. He wins (by obvious cheating) and he declares himself Emperor Biden and rules til death period! So here is my second thought: He has a doctor inject a mild paralytic to his throat so he can go up and announce that his speech is prepared and it is 100% his message but his VP will give it. It is still his SOTU address.
