The federal government created 'profiles' on the American people kept in a 'secret portal' shared with companies to identify customer's levels of extremism, Chairman Jim Jordan revealed.

This is so Orwellian and should be against the law. No warrants, doesn't this violate the fourth amendment? Class action lawsuit could be effective.
