I think the issue here isn't about Mr. Lindell failing at anything, it's about people who have an uneducated view in how SCOTUS works.
Remember those three trumpet playing brothers who kept filing suits with SCOTUS to have President Trump reinstated? The Brunson brothers? Everyone was all in a tizzy thinking that there was going to be a big ruling and Trump was going to be back in the WH. And what happened? SCOTUS refused to take up any of their lawsuits. And people were upset that nothing happened, all because they weren't aware that filing a suit with SCOTUS doesn't mean they will actually take up the case.
I think if people were better educated in how the Supreme Court works, they wouldn't get so carried away with their expectations, and thus would not be so angry and upset when their expectations weren't met.
