The first set of statements are all subjective. There is no objective standard.
Basically, if it feels right, do it. If stealing from this guy but not from that guy feels right, then it must be right. No objective standard. If lying about the coof shot to "save" people feels right, then it must be right. No objective standard.
The statement in Luke says to follow an objective standard.
If everyone in society understood and followed an objective standard, society would be better, and most people would have a better life.
Agreed, but then Who decides what that Objective Standard is, if left to the Collective?? I’d contend It will only produce a better life for most people if it is agreed on and accepted… And the statement in Luke says the Objective Standard we are to follow is Christ and his Teachings.. How much better if our Objective Standard is rooted in His Absolute Truth and then followed..
