I appreciate the thought, but the Federal government should not be in the "school business" at all.

They receive federal Funds, So as lonbg that is the case. The Fed will have a say.

Remmeber Universities were designed as an extension of the government by creating brainwashed slikked workers to continue the molding of US Policies as years went by.
