Pardon me for being obvious but didn't Bill Clinton have a bunch of FEMA camps built and staffed across the country to deal with the expected influx of Mexican refugees fleeing their economic collapse back in the 90's?

Are any of them being utilized to house the massive illegal immigrant invasion currently taking place?
