Loudermilk said that he may refer members of the January 6 Committee for criminal prosecution for hiding and destroying documents.

It doesn't matter what they MIGHT do, because we know for sure the DOJ definitely won't prosecute.

Thankfully there is the charge of aiding and abetting. They are not immune from this charge if it applies.
