I need some advice ANONs. I own bows and hunting rifles (300WM & 30-06). I need a hand gun. Any suggestions? I want to conceal but I also want to use it when out on bow stalks. Because you said you'd like to carry and a large caliber I'd suggest a S&W 45shield. It's not super expensive, compact, and shoots nicely in my opinion.

I second this. I have a 45 springfield and a 9MM shield. I like the 45, but the shield is better for concealed carry. Wish I had a 45 shield.
