I only dug in because I was wondering if a bank-run had given them an excuse to pull the trigger... I should known better, but it was meeting my confirmation bias - knowing it's "their" plan anyways combined with SecTres Powell's testimony before congress last week that "some banks will fail" I was expecting this type of story. (and that's what the clickbaiter paytriots play on).
